The joinery that goes in while the house is still a shell. It has to be right first time, because everything after it is built on top.
Then the plasterers go in. We come back for second fix once the walls are boarded, skimmed and dry.
Stage 2: The finish, once the walls are dry
Everything the buyer sees and touches. Doors that close properly, clean mitres and straight lines in every room.
Stage 3: Snagging and sign-off
We come back after the decorators, work through the snag list with your site team and get the plot signed off.
